We are in the middle of our read aloud, The BFG, by Roald Dahl, and the children are hooked! Orphan Sophie has been snatched from her bed by the BFG and has been taken far away to Giant Country. She is having quite an adventure! We just read the funniest chapter! Ask your son/daughter what a whizzpopper is! (Hopefully they will tell you.)
